Cutting edge is smooth and, thus, G7361-W2 cuts well almost any material.

The handle of this model attracts special attention. After all, it is made of natural wood which, in general, is not typical for Ganzo brand. Light surface of the handle with a textured wood pleases even the most sophisticated expert of knives.
