Ganzo G723 has a stainless steel blade. 440C steel was used for its production. It is characterized by corrosion resistance, can to stay sharpened long and has hardness of 58 units. The blade itself is 9.5 cm long; thickness of its spine is 4 mm.
The base of the handle is also made of stainless steel. On the one side of it there is a clip to fasten the knife, on the other side it is decorated with plastic strap. The surface of the strap is rough allowing tighter holding the knife in the hand. Available colors: green, orange and black. Besides, the handle of the knife has a through hole of a small diameter. A strap could be put through it for extra safety measure during work and transportation.

Knife Ganzo G723M (Black, Green, Orange) reviews
This is now one of my new favorite Ganzo knives. I wasn't sure how I would like the frame lock with the G10 missing on one side but I really like it. It is super smooth to open and the frame lock is even easier than most liner locks. The stonewashed side and the patterned G10 is attractive and very comfortable in hand, more so than I anticipated.
The product fit and finish is amazing, even for knives much costlier, and the overall functionality is nearly flawless.
